Our president, Larry Spilman, started LS2PC 10 years ago. LS2PC has a dedicated staff with decades of experience surveying in Virginia and Maryland. LS2PC is licensed to work in the states of Virginia and Maryland. Our clients value our superior surveying services and our positive relationships with local review agencies. Larry's vision was to create a land surveying company with a reputation for producing quality work delivered in a timely manner.
